I like the guys working out front and appreciate their efforts in trying to make things right but some of the work I’ve received from the service mechanics was very sub par. A fuel pump installation on my truck required it be towed back into the shop on four separate occasions due to fuel line separation and gas leaks. After the fourth episode I crawled under the truck myself and found the problem. When the initial repairs were done they had pinched the fuel return line between the fuel tank and the truck’s frame. I took pictures and repaired it myself. Had suspension work done on my VW Touareg , struts and shocks, the steering rods replaced and front end alignment. By the grace of god, when the right steering rod’s inner connection came loose the car was in a parking lot and not at interstate speeds. I’ve saved the old steering rod and took pictures of the right tire completely turned in when it should be straight. I’ll be in touch.
